SAN DIEGO — Bill Howe Plumbing, a family-owned and operated company offering HVAC, plumbing, and restoration and flood services, now has its second officer installed as president of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling-Contractors Association (PHCC) of San Diego. Tina Howe, vice president of Bill Howe Plumbing, has been named as the organization’s newest chapter president for the 2013-2014 year. Bill Howe, CEO, held the position in 2006-2007, having been on the board previously and serving as secretary in 2010.

Tina Howe’s goals for the organization include increasing membership, elevating the PHCC within the public eye, and creating a new training program for San Diego HVAC by opening a new school modeled after the successful plumbing apprenticeship school.

“I am honored to be named the 2013-2014 president for the PHCC,” she said. “I look forward to increasing the reach and training available within the organization, including HVAC. Especially now in San Diego, air conditioning repair is very busy. It is important to us that we ensure there are highly trained and licensed contractors to provide quality services in the interest of the community.”
