Added to the UV-Aire® line, the FlexMountUV™ UV unit is designed for fast, flexible, easy installation inside package units and air handlers. It is equipped with a monster magnet so it can be quickly installed inside virtually any metal cabinet; no fasteners or holes are required. The FlexMountUV features a powerful dual lamp, available in 13- and 17-inch models. The lamp fixture is designed to easily adjust to virtually any angle for optimum placement inside the cabinet or over the A-coil. It comes with an adjustable deflector shield to focus the UV energy for maximum benefit, the company said. The ballast is separate from the lamp module so it can be located out of the way. The lamp and ballast connect via a moisture- and UV-resistant cable, which is included in the kit.
