SunTouch, a Watts Water: Electric Floor-Heating ThermostatsFeaturing a large, color, interactive touchscreen display, the SunStat View™ controls electric floor-warming temperatures in residential and commercial applications. Programming options include quick-start pre-programming options, setup wizard, and seven-day programming. The unit automatically adjusts for daylight saving time, which saves consumers time. Consumers can paint the SunStat View thermostat’s outer door to match a home’s décor. The device is covered by a three-year warranty. The thermostat includes SmartStart™ technology for automatic floor warming, setback and hold functions, floor- and air-sensing modes, 15-foot floor sensor, and usage monitor for energy monitoring. The SunStat Pro II thermostat and a relay unit, the SunStat Relay II, can be combined to control larger areas of radiant heating. The SunStat View and SunStat Pro II can be used alone or combined with up to 10 SunStat Relay II devices for control of up to 1,650 square feet at 120 V or 3,300 square feet at 240 V. The new SunStat line is designed to control TapeMat™, WarmWire®, UnderFloor™, and SlabHeat™ resistive floor-heating systems.
