Partnership Will Enable Service Businesses to Process Payments in the Field

CLEVELAND — Data-Basics Inc., a leading enterprise software developer for the service, construction, and facilities management industries, and Accelerated Payment Technologies™ (APT), developer of XCharge and a leading provider of web-based credit card transaction processing, announced a partnership to provide field service businesses with integrated point-of-sale credit card processing. The partnership will allow customers utilizing Data-Basics’ SAMPro Enterprise software application with the TechAnywhere module to process payments in the field via their mobile devices and eliminate multiple steps in the credit card payment and authorization process while minimizing processing fees.

XCharge Payment Processing for TechAnywhere is said to provide a comprehensive set of security solutions designed for field service businesses. Integrating with SAMPro with TechAnywhere, XCharge payment processing meets or exceeds PCI DSS industry security regulations and helps integrate credit, debit, and check transactions, said the companies. This provides for accelerated customer payments with a real-time and secure solution.

• Swiped or keyed transactions are processed quickly and securely using an integration method developed specifically for TechAnywhere mobile processing.

• Utilizing the MagTek® BulleT Bluetooth Wireless Card Reader Authentication, users can process payments on Android devices in the field utilizing a proprietary APT gateway merchant account.

• Offers mobile payment processing flexibility to businesses while increasing the value of TechAnywhere mobile software/
