Designed for use in hot-water heating systems, air conditioning, closed cooling circuits, and industrial circulation systems, the Stratos GIGA is a high-efficiency inline circulator with electronically commutated motor (ECM) technology. The redesigned hydraulics and permanent magnet motor can achieve better than IE4 efficiencies, the company said. It is available in glanded construction mechanical shaft seal and flanged connections. The circulator has a temperature range of -4° to 284°F (-20° to 140°C). It has a cast iron, cataphoresis-coated volute; cast iron volute and lantern; polypropylene impeller; and stainless steel pump shaft.
