Wireless controls are available to eliminate costly and difficult wiring in finished walls during installation of the Aireshare™ room-to-room and level-to-level transfer fans. Switch-It controls include a digital wireless thermostat for automatic activation and an on-off wireless switch for manual activation. The digital wireless thermostat (Model SWT) allows the user to set a desired temperature in heating applications, so the transfer fan will operate when the room temperature is below the set point. The fan also can be activated in manual mode. The manually activated wireless switch (Model SWS) is a rocker-style wall switch that can be used in heating or cooling applications. Both the SWT and SWS models have an operating range of up to 80 feet through walls and floors. The receiver fits into AireShare fan junction boxes. Both models have unique security codes and are rated for up to 3 A at 120 V. Additionally, a Switch-It Wireless Outlet (Model SWR), consisting of a plug-in receiver and wireless remote, has been introduced. It enables control of any plug-in device up to 15 A or 1,800 W via a wireless on-off remote up to 80 feet from receiver.
