FPG Commercial Services Joins ABM Franchising Group

BALTIMORE — ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, announced that its subsidiary, ABM Franchising Group LLC, has signed a franchise agreement with FPG Commercial Services, a leader in commercial, mechanical, and sustainability contracting.

ABM Franchising Group, a portfolio of franchise networks that deliver mechanical and electrical service and preventive maintenance solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential buildings, consists of four franchise brands: Linc Service, GreenHomes America, TEGG, and CurrentSAFE. FPG Commercial Services will operate under the Linc Service franchise brand, focusing on meeting the mechanical service needs of clients across multiple markets — from commercial office buildings and educational institutions to hospitals and industrial facilities.

“We are thrilled to welcome FPG Commercial Services to the ABM Franchising Group,” said Bert Kendall, chief operating officer of ABM Franchising Group. “FPG Commercial Services’ industry knowledge and experience combined with our proven system will further distinguish them as a leading solutions provider in the greater Baltimore area.”

“FPG Commercial Services has and will continue to provide our clients the best commercial service experience available in the greater Baltimore area,” said Frank Pronesti, president of FPG Commercial Services. “Joining the franchise network provides the incentive we need to continue to move our company forward.
