March 14, 2013: Nordyne Adds New HVAC Video Training to Nordyne University

ST. LOUIS — Nordyne has added new on-demand video training to its online education resource, Nordyne University, at www.nordyneu.com. HVAC trainers Jeffery Gitomer, Ruth King, and Sharon Roberts have joined the Nordyne University lineup.

Jeffrey Gitomer’s is the author of The New York Times best sellers The Sales Bible, The Little Red Book of Selling, The Little Black Book of Connections, and The Little Gold Book of YES! Attitude. His training courses for Nordyne University include the sales topics “Differentiate or Die,” “Deliver Value: A Cash Source Crash Course,” and “How to Ask Powerful, Emotionally Engaging Questions.”

Ruth King has worked in the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning industry since 1987, and is currently the channel manager for HVACChannel.tv. Her Nordyne University courses include “Courage to Be Profitable,” “Dispatch Techniques,” and “Service Management Techniques.”

Sharon Roberts, guest columnist for HVAC trade publications including The NEWS and featured guest on CNN, has added three sales training courses to Nordyne University: “Selling to Women and Couples,” “Body Language – Silent Signals That Speak Louder Than Words,” and “How to Sell to Customers & Families with Special Needs.”

Nordyne University is open to all HVAC contractors and includes free training in addition to paid training. Some courses also qualify for North American Technician Excellence (NATE) continuing education units.
