The kick-off party officially launches the Howe Healthy is Your Heart Drawing Contest, now in its third year, and the company said the party was a big success. Hundreds of families attended for games, fun, prizes, and education on the best ways to keep their hearts’ healthy.

The Drawing Contest is open to children ages 5-12 who are residents of San Diego County. On the entry form, children draw their image of a healthy heart and briefly describe how they keep their hearts healthy. They fill out and sign the bottom of the entry form and then mail the form to the address below by Friday, March 29, 2013.

The grand prize winner of the contest will receive a $250 gift card to Toys “R” Us®. There will also be four runners-up in the following age categories: 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, and 11-12, who will receive $100 gift cards to Toys “R” Us each. Additionally, the winner of the public vote on Facebook will also receive $100 to Toys “R” Us.
