Arzel Zoning Hosts Relief Fundraiser

January 21, 2013

CLEVELAND — Arzel Zoning hosted a month-long fundraiser to benefit the American Red Cross’ Hurricane Sandy relief effort. Arzel contributed a dollar on behalf of every new follower obtained on its Twitter account. The campaign ran throughout the month of November.

“Arzel has many distributors, customers, and industry partners who were greatly impacted by Hurricane Sandy’s devastation,” stated Dennis Laughlin, president of Arzel Zoning. “Our social media strategy has been to present information on comfort technology, and to promote the responsible use of resources. In this difficult time, no one is doing more to give aid and comfort to those in need than the American Red Cross. I am pleased to offer an incentive to people to get connected and help such a worthy cause.”

Individuals wanting more information on how to help victims of Hurricane Sandy or make personal contributions can visit www.redcross.org, call 800-RED-CROSS, or text the word REDCROSS to 90999 to make a $10 donation. Contributions may also be sent to local Red Cross chapters or to the American Red Cross, P.O. Box 37243, Washington, DC 20013. For current updates on the relief effort, follow the Red Cross on Twitter at @RedCross or on Facebook at American Red Cross.
