LEBANON, Tenn. — The national television program “This Old House” will feature the installation of high-efficiency equipment from Lochinvar on an episode scheduled to air on Thursday, Jan. 10. Both the KNIGHT® boiler and Squire™ indirect water heater are featured on the final episode for the Cambridge House series, which highlights the transformation of an outdated, 1887 Queen Anne in Massachusetts into an open Scandinavian-inspired home. Viewers will get a look at the heating system, as well as a report from an energy auditor on the home’s performance after the renovation.

This is Lochinvar’s second appearance on “This Old House.” Based on the size of the home and the specs of the project, Rich Trethewey and the Lochinvar team chose to install a fire-tube KNIGHT wall mount boiler with an input of 85,000 Btuh, as well as a 40-gallon Squire indirect water heater.

“We always enjoy working with Rich Trethewey and the This Old House crew,” said Stirling Boston, director of marketing for Lochinvar. “We’re thrilled that they came to us for assistance with the Cambridge Project and we can’t wait to see the KNIGHT and Squire in action on the final episode for this impressive renovation.”
