Jan. 3, 2013: Cleaver-Brooks Acquired by Harbour Group

THOMASVILLE, Ga. — Cleaver-Brooks announced that it has been acquired by Harbour Group, a privately owned operating company based in St. Louis. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
