NORWALK, Conn. — EMCOR Group Inc., a leader in mechanical and electrical construction, energy infrastructure, and facilities services, announced that its subsidiary EMCOR Government Services has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Army to perform support services for the Directorate of Public Works at Fort Huachuca, in Sierra Vista, Ariz. The contract provides for a one-year term with an option by the U.S. Army to extend it for up to four additional years. If the project extends over the five-year period, EMCOR Government Services will be paid an aggregate of $42.7 million.

EMCOR Government Services will be responsible for performing a variety of functions at Fort Huachuca, including operation and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and water and wastewater systems.
