The Aire Serv franchisee of the year award went to Elton and Anna Stewart, who run the Aire Serv franchise in Shreveport, La. The award honors the franchisee that has consistently grown through proper training and has a consistently high level of success through quality and professional service.

“It is rewarding and humbling to be recognized as the 2012 Franchisee of the Year,” said Elton Stewart. “Without following the systems, using The Dwyer Group code of values in our daily activities, and the dedication of our team to provide quality service on a daily basis to our customers, we would not have achieved this honor.”

Aire Serv also honored franchisees Jared and Marcy Teague and Carla McMullan, Southern New Mexico, with the Excellence in Leadership honor; and Sam and Dianne Harris, Gold Country, Calif., with the President’s award. Carol Wissner, of Mid-Michigan, was named Woman of the Year; and Trey and Nancy Mills, of Sandhills, N.C., earned the Builder of the Year award.

Travis, Kathy, Nick, and Rose Rackers, and Rob and Tommy Sachse, Central Missouri, were named Sales Leaders of the Year; Richard and Bonnie Ciresi, Louisville, Ky./Central Indiana, earned Recruiter of the Year; Michael and Sheryl Knight, The Woodlands, Texas, were the company’s Rookies of the Year.

Billy and Allison Bartlett, Wise County, Va., earned the Market Penetration award; and Jackie Karns, Cedar Valley, Iowa, was named Office Professional of the Year. Richard French, Las Vegas, was named Service Professional of the Year; and Shawn Rackers, Central Missouri, was named Sales Professional of the Year.

Neil Dille, Las Vegas; Noe and Heather Pena, Stanislaus County, Calif.; Kevin and Masako Nunn, Ventura County, Calif.; and Ray and Tina Bramble, Bull Run, Va., each earned the Personal Achievement award. Johnstone Supply, Portland, Ore., was named Vendor of the Year.
