AST Updates Social Media Platform

MT. OLIVE, N.J. — American Sensor Technologies Inc. (AST) has updated its social media platform to include company news and product updates on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. AST said these platforms help it communicate with employees, sales partners, and customers on various levels.

“During Hurricane Sandy, it was important for AST to communicate our facility closing both internally and externally,” said Greg Montrose, marketing manager. “With over 80 percent of the area without power and limited phone service, posting updates to the AST website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter gave AST the opportunity to communicate our status as an organization quickly and effectively.”

AST plans to continue to use each social media platform to post updates on products, services, general company news, and industry updates.
