Nov. 8, 2012: Clean Energy Pathways Forms New Corporation in New York

HANCOCK, Mich. — Clean Energy Pathways Inc., an alternative and renewable energy solutions company, has formed a new corporation in the state of New York.

Clean Energy Power Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Clean Energy Pathways, was formed to specifically focus on the fast growing market of all aspects of “green energy” savings, the firm said. Marketing and sales efforts for this new company will be concentrated on developing and installing LED lighting projects, “green refrigeration,” and HVAC installations and expanding the business’s offerings in solar thermal installations, said Jon Chynoweth, board chairman.

“Given all of the recent large incentives being made available by large New York state utilities for lighting, solar, and other energy saving technologies, we have developed a comprehensive and far reaching business plan to actively pursue these lucrative opportunities,” said Chynoweth.
