ComfortGeni: Fireplace, Register Booster Fan

fireplace, register booster fanModel Geni 6xr is an easy-to-install through-the-wall fan that increases airflow from room to room or level to level, enabling consumers to enjoy the warmth from their fireplace or pellet stove in any room. Also it can be used to enhance a home’s existing HVAC system. According to the manufacturer, the fan is ideal for improving the effects of central system registers, wood stoves, fireplaces, space heaters, window air conditioners, and split systems. When used as a register booster fan, the three-speed fan improves the central heating and cooling in that room, said the company. A built-in temperature sensor will automatically shut the fan off when the source air temperature is insufficient to create the desired temperature in the room, providing greater energy efficiency than standard through-the-wall fans. When the source air again exceeds the desired temperature, the sensor kicks in and the fan turns back on. The powerful, but quiet, unit can be easily operated from any position or location in the home using the remote control. Currently available in almond color, Model Geni 6xr fits flush to the floor, wall, or ceiling.
