GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Heat Pipe Technology Inc. (HPT), a division of MiTek, a Berkshire Hathaway company, announced that it has appointed a new Western regional manager. Michael Chilingerian, formally of Accuspec Inc., brings more than two decades of experience to HPT, a company he has long served as an independent manufacturer’s rep.

The company said Chilingerian will help grow HPT markets in the Western states, as well as in New York and New Jersey. Chilingerian has expertise in technical sales and implementation of HPT solutions for higher education and pharmaceutical facilities. In his new role, he will take on market development in additional sectors, including HVAC solutions for resort, hospitality, general use, and medical facilities.
