Brady Associates Establish Scholarship

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Associates at Brady, a company that provides HVAC systems and building solutions for commercial and industrial facilities across North Carolina, established a memorial scholarship fund at Guilford Technical Community College to honor Theodore (Ted) J. Woodard. The late Woodard was a senior technical advisor for Brady and worked with the company for more than 42 years. Brady associates committed to donating $2,000 and the company presented a matching $2,000 check to the college.

“Ted helped build Brady into the statewide organization it is today,” said Don Brady, chairman and founder of Brady. “He was both a mentor and friend to all Brady associates.”

Associates of Brady believe the memorial fund is a fitting tribute to a man who was passionate about his trade, as well as building sustainable communities through education.
