Optional fresh outdoor air may be ducted to the unit, providing fresh air to dilute pollutants, providing a slight positive pressure, and maintaining optimum oxygen levels in the home. The amount of fresh air ventilation can be regulated by a variety of dampers and controls. The unit also includes MERV 11 high-efficiency air filtration (optional MERV 14) to improve IAQ. The unit’s dimensions are 20.25 (w) by 21.75 (h) by 38 (l) inches; it weighs 140 pounds.
