The Genteq™ Evergreen CM is a universal electrically commutated motor (ECM) for aftermarket light commercial heating and cooling applications. The ultra-high-efficiency ECM features flexible control methods to help the installer balance airflow in HVAC systems such as variable air volume, series boxes, or package heat pumps. The Evergreen CM motor is available for 277-V systems, counterclockwise or clockwise rotation, and outputs of 1/3, 1/2, and 3/4. According to the manufacturer, the motor uses up to 50 percent fewer watts than a standard indoor permanent split capacitor (PSC) blower motor, so the Evergreen CM can instantly upgrade the efficiency of most light commercial heating and cooling equipment.
