He was a float lieutenant for the Krewe of Orion, an avid Louisiana State University fan, and a member of the Heating, Airconditioning, and Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI), where he made many friends throughout his 30-year tenure with Honeywell International.

Alello is survived by his wife, Pam Leonard Alello; daughter, Amanda Alello; granddaughter, Sadie Alello; mother, Mabel Alello; and a niece, Heather Braithwaite. Alello was preceded in death by his father, Russell Alello.

His family wishes to express their sincere appreciation for the help and support of Stephen’s “adopted brother,” Roger Raines, and friends Mike Murphy and Charley Leaumont.
