PALM HARBOR, Fla. — Over the last year, the National Comfort Institute (NCI) has made significant investments in talent, products, and services, which it intends to unveil as the New NCI at the ninth annual NCI Summit, Feb. 5-10 at Innisbrook Golf Resort in Palm Harbor, Fla.

New NCI members will benefit from the expertise of NCI representatives John Garofalo and David Holt, ESI co-founder Tim Hanes, Wilkins Mechanical Services founder Bob Wilkins, and others.

An all-new air balancing training program, completely revamped CO and combustion training, and regional conference series titled, “How to Build a Successful Performance-Based HVAC Business,” will be presented.

Another new session, the “Outside the Box” brainstorming work group — originally tested at last October’s NCI business leadership conference, will accompany the returning idea meeting, pod meeting, performance-based breakout sessions, NCI’s PerformanceTown USA™ seminar, and more.
