CHANTILLY, Va. — Specialty Services Inc. (SSI), a northern Virginia-based commercial and residential heating and air conditioning contractor, received the 2011 Angie’s List Super Service award. Only 5 percent of companies that are listed on Angie’s List, an online consumer review website, receive this service award.

The full-service family-owned and operated business noted that the Angie’s List Super Service award reflects the company’s dedication to its customers.

“Consumer reviews mean a lot to a service-oriented business like ours and we try our best to offer exceptional service that our customers will be willing to talk about. As such, we’re honored to be chosen for the Angie’s List Super Service Award in recognition of our commitment to service,” said Rusty Murphy, president of SSI.

To receive the Angie’s List Super Service award, businesses must meet the strict requirements from the online review site, including receiving a minimum number of negative reports, earning exemplary ratings from clients, and abiding by the Angie’s List operational guidelines.

SSI offers complete repair, replacement, and maintenance service for commercial and residential customers on all makes and models of commercial and residential heating and cooling systems. For more information, visit www.ssihvac.com.
