Merritt will lead Tecumseh’s United States, Canada, and Mexico initiatives which collectively form the new region. He will to report to Jim Connor, president and CEO.

Merritt held various leadership roles during his prior 17 years working for Tecumseh, including vice president, global marketing and sales; VP, commercial refrigeration and distribution; executive director of Tecumseh Do Brasil – USA; and director of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning products.

Merritt rejoins Tecumseh from MidTech Sales LLC where he was vice president and general manager.
