Six Bryant Dealers From the South Honored

Six contractors from the southern United States are among 15 Bryant factory authorized dealers in the U.S. and Canada recognized with the 2010 Medal of Excellence.

“For more than 100 years, Bryant has been committed to providing dependable, worry-free comfort, but we couldn’t do that without our dealers who sell the products, install them and keep them running smoothly,” said Tom Archer, Bryant brand manager. “Bryant dealers are known to do ‘Whatever It Takes™’ to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The Medal of Excellence winners have been able to achieve extraordinary service levels while significantly growing their businesses.”

Medal of Excellence applicants are judged on overall Bryant-branded product sales growth, high-efficiency and indoor air quality equipment sales growth, customer satisfaction and participation in various dealer programs and promotions, as well as a self-assessment. After an evaluation, the applicants with the highest overall scores were chosen as regional winners. There are three tiers of winners. Tiers are based on total annual sales volume.

Tier 1 winners from the South are Comfort Pro A/C & Indoor Air Quality Specialists (CE Florida), Palm Bay, Fla., and M.E. Brown Air Conditioning (CE South Central), Houston.

Tier 2 winners from the region are Quality Air (CE South East), Asheville, N.C., and Doug’s Refrigeration (CE South Central), Thibodaux, La.

Tier 3 recognition goes to Ierna’s Heating & Cooling (CE Florida), Lutz, Fla., and Jon Wayne Heating & Air Conditioning (CE South Central), San Antonio.
