Aug. 19, 2011: AERCO International Relocates Its Corporate Headquarters

BLAUVELT, N.Y. — AERCO International Inc., a leading manufacturer of high-efficiency water heaters and boilers, announced that it has moved its corporate headquarters to 100 Oritani Drive, Blauvelt, NY 10913. AERCO previously operated out of three separate facilities in Northvale, N.J.

With 156,000 square feet, the new headquarters is more than twice the size of AERCO’s former headquarters. The new facility consolidates all existing operations into one building, allowing for improved communication and efficiency, said the company, while providing the necessary space for continued growth.

The facility includes an expanded R&D laboratory coupled with improved product testing capabilities. The company said the larger manufacturing area will boost production to meet growing product demand. The new state-of-the-art training center offers hands-on service and application training of sales personnel, engineers, and plumbing and heating contractors.

“This relocation marks an exciting time in our history. AERCO is experiencing tremendous growth. Our new headquarters will allow us to effectively expand and improve our product lines, accommodate increased personnel, and create an overall environment that is conducive to maintaining our position as the industry leader,” said Fred Depuy, president and CEO.
