The Model 7899 Gas Sniffer is a portable, rugged, and easy-to-use leak detection tool. It is equipped with a highly sensitive tip to pinpoint small leaks of combustible gases and hydrocarbons from piping and/or appliances (natural gas, methane, propane, butane, LPG, etc.) The 7899 leak detection tool’s features include auto zero-drift adjustment; large visual LCD and bar graph display; audio alarm; hold function; and readings in ppm, percent vol, percent LEL. The tool has a range of 0 to 10,000 ppm and a quick response time. The tool has an 11-inch fully flexible probe for hard-to-reach places.
