Intermatic: Auto-Voltage Defrost Timers

The auto-voltage defrost timers have an amperage of 40. Two models are available: the DTAV40 mechanical and DTAV40E electronic auto-voltage defrost timers. Both models automatically detect the appropriate supply voltage between 120 and 240 vac, replacing many voltage-specific competitive clocks, the company claimed. The auto-voltage feature reduces potential wiring errors and installation time. Both defrost timers are time-initiated and temperature-, pressure-, or time-terminated. The LED lights indicate defrost or refrigeration cycles.
