•AAON Inc.(Tulsa, Okla.) announced earnings for the fourth quarter of 2010 were 35 cents per diluted share compared to 36 cents per diluted share in 2009, based upon the 16.6 million and 17.3 million diluted shares outstanding, respectively, while earnings per diluted share for the year 2010 were $1.30 compared to $1.60 in 2009, based upon 16.9 million and 17.3 million diluted shares outstanding, respectively.
