WESTPORT, Conn. - The upcoming AHR Expo®-México, to be held in Mexico City, has already sold out its exhibit space in the World Congress Center. From Oct. 26 to 28, nearly 300 exhibitors will be using more than 46,000 square feet of exhibit space to showcase their newest products to the Mexican and Latin American marketplace. Participation by manufacturers from 17 different countries will make the exposition truly international.

This year’s event will be the ninth AHR Expo-México since its beginning in 1997. During this time, only one other show exceeded the current 46,000 square feet of exhibit space, and that was the 2008 exposition in Monterrey.

HVAC professionals who attend the tradeshow can also participate in the concurrent educational program developed by the Mexico City Chapter of ASHRAE. Thirty educational courses will be presented by companies including Johnson Controls, McQuay, Emerson, and Honeywell.

With about two months until the show opens, interest in attending the 2010 AHR Expo-México is already running high. As of Aug. 19, over 3,500 visitors had already registered to attend.

Based on current projections, show management anticipates that the exhibits and educational program will attract an all-time record number of attendees.
