MILLWOOD, N.Y. - Hudson Valley Mechanical Contractors Association (MCA) donated $28,000, the proceeds of its annual golf outing, to Guiding Eyes for the Blind of Yorktown Heights, N.Y. Guiding Eyes is a nonprofit guide dog training school serving the blind and visually impaired. Since 1954 it has provided - free of charge - dignity, freedom, and independence to over 7,200 blind graduates from around the world. Its newest program, Heeling Autism, trains dogs to provide safety for children with autism.

Over the past six years, Hudson Valley MCA has donated over $165,000 to charitable organizations with a presence in the Hudson Valley. The Hudson Valley MCA serves the leading heating, cooling, and plumbing firms in Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, and Ulster counties.
