The small-profile Mini hinged current transformer (CT) is ideal where space is limited, such as when metering multiple electrical loads within a panel board, says the company. The 50A Mini CTs can be used for submetering applications. According to the manufacturer, they are a smaller, lower-cost alternative to a traditional 50A split-core. It has a door-style hinge design. The Mini CTs produce a millivolt output for use with the PRO-Series data loggers, and are compatible with the PowerScout Series of instruments. The Mini CTs have a 0.4-inch (10mm) window and provide high accuracy over a wide, dynamic range.
