WESTPORT, Conn. - The International Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigerating Exposition (AHR Expo) has launched two new communication tools designed to keep HVACR professionals updated on the latest show-related news. The two new tools are webchat on the AHR Expo website, and a new Twitter account.

The webchat tool allows web visitors to chat live with an AHR Expo staff member directly from any page on the website (www.ahrexpo.com), without having to send an e-mail or pick up the phone. This convenient feature enables current and potential exhibitors and visitors to have their questions answered immediately and get additional information on the 2011 show, scheduled for Jan. 31 to Feb. 2 in Las Vegas.

The addition of Twitter (www.twitter.com/ahrexpo) provides another channel for the HVACR industry to engage in discussions about the 2011 show, its educational opportunities, and other items.

“We are excited to provide these valuable technology tools that will assist attendees, exhibitors, and all HVACR professionals in their exchange of ideas so that they may learn from each other,” said Clay Stevens, president of International Exposition Co., which produces and manages the expo.
