Enhancements have been made to the HOBO® U30 Web-based energy and environmental monitoring systems. The expanded cellular network coverage allows the monitoring systems’ customers to use their monitoring systems in over 30 international countries, using a low-cost global cellular network plan through Wyless. The flexible data network plan provides the ability to deploy and remotely access U30 systems in any AT&T or T-Mobile U.S. coverage area. Also, customers now can easily configure data display settings within HOBOlink®, the company’s Web-enabled software platform for HOBO U30 systems. The system’s weatherproof, NEMA-rated enclosure is now constructed of materials derived from 85 percent post-consumer plastic waste.
