Geoff Godwin, vice president of marketing, White-Rodgers, presents the keys to the White-Rodgers St. Louis Region Training Bus to Ken Meyer of Ranken Technical College.

ST. LOUIS - White-Rodgers, a business of Emerson, donated a second White-Rodgers product training van to St. Louis-area technical school Ranken Technical College.

“White-Rodgers is committed to continuing education in the HVAC industry, something that our training vans have truly helped us with over the years,” said Geoff Godwin, vice president of marketing, White-Rodgers. “We are excited that Ranken Technical College will now be able to use this van in a different capacity, to assist with their various campus needs.”

After serving the business of Emerson for several years, the company wanted their St. Louis region training van to continue to be put to good use. Students at Ranken will have the opportunity to use their skills and knowledge to refurbish the van. Upon refurbishment it will be used to transport Ranken students and visitors.

“We are truly grateful to White-Rodgers,” said Ken Meyer, development officer at Ranken. “Their continued generosity affords our students invaluable, hands-on experience, not to mention that it will provide much-needed transportation for our school’s many events and open houses.”
