Ken Webster, director of sales and marketing for Viessmann-Canada and member of the Canadian Institute of Plumbing & Heating (CIPH), is the latest recipient of the Carlson-Holohan Industry Award for Excellence. The biennial award is presented to a person who represents the best of the hydronic heating industry based on criteria that include contributions to system design integrity, marketing of steam and hot water systems, and humanitarian works.

According to the Canadian Institute of Plumbing & Heating, the honor is named after the late Gil Carlson, a legendary hydronics industry instructor who served many years as director of technical services for Bell & Gossett, and renowned hydronics writer-teacher Dan Holohan.
