The Sporlan iSpeed Inverters can save up to 40 percent of energy usage in refrigeration systems using single compressor installations, and up to 25 percent with conventional multi-stage compressor racks, says the company. The Sporlan iSpeed keeps lead compressors running smoothly and proprietary software limits cycling of the fixed speed compressors. This reduces wear on all compressors, and electrical costs and stresses to the electrical infrastructure are minimized.
