LEATHERHEAD, United Kingdom - Carrier Corp. has acquired the controls businesses of the i2S Group: DMS Controls Ltd., ESL Ltd., and i2S Service Ltd. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Collectively, these companies design, install, and service complete building management systems, primarily for commercial office buildings in the United Kingdom.
