The 4000G Series GPS tracking product includes Garmin integration, which combines GPS tracking and navigation. Customers now can enter a service address, instantly check for the closest or most suitable vehicle to dispatch, and then effortlessly send that order to the driver’s Garmin navigational device. By clicking the address and the vehicle, the dispatcher sends the next stop to the selected driver’s device, which then gives the driver orally and visually guided turn-by-turn directions. If several stops for the day are known in advance, they can all be sent to the driver’s navigational device in a particular order, or optimized for miles or speed. Additionally, two-way messaging is supported, including up to 200 pre-defined messages or free-text messages entered through the on-screen keyboard. Other features include driver status updates and route optimization.
