DALLAS - For the 12th consecutive year, TDIndustries has been named toFortunemagazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” list with a ranking of 37. TDIndustries is also aFortune“All Star,” a distinction that only 13 companies hold because they have been on the list every year since its inception in 1998.

According to the magazine, one of the defining qualities of TDIndustries is its fairness among its employees. Health insurance premiums are indexed to pay and everyone is a shareholder through an employee stock ownership plan. This is the reason the company calls its employees partners not employees.

“TDIndustries has grown over the past 63 years because we respect and care for each other. We try to strike a balance between our work and our personal lives and believe in doing what’s right for our customers,” said Harold MacDowell, CEO of TDIndustries.
