Online Extended Warranty Agreement Program Introduced

HVAC Warranty LLC has announced a new business tool for HVACR contractors, appliance repair providers, and plumbers - an extended warranty service agreement program with the entire process, from registration to filing claims, handled online.

HVAC Warranty LLC ( is a provider of HVACR industry extended warranty service agreements, supplying an efficient way to file claims and get paid online and on time. It provides numerous service agreement protection plans and sells its programs through a network of national dealers. The programs offered are underwritten by leading national and international insurance companies.

Visitors are asked to sign up as dealers, without any obligation, and learn about the various features available, including:

• Start-to-finish administrative and accounting procedures done online - simple and paperless, says the company.

• When an HVACR contractor files a claim it can be done online, and payment for the claim is transferred in 30 days or less. A claim can be filed 31 days from effective plan date - a lot quicker than the 91 days on other agreements, says the company.

• HVAC Warranty LLC says it won’t leave contractors waiting for an answer. Customer service will return phone inquiries within 24 hours and all correspondence will be handled professionally and with courtesy.

“HVAC Warranty LLC was created by experienced HVAC professionals who have worked in the field for many years, and who know that cash flow is the lifeblood of any successful HVAC contracting business,” said president Mack Heaton. “You owe it to yourself and your customers to give the best service and products - and that includes extended warranty service agreements.”
