Oct. 30, 2007: Service Roundtable Offers Direct Marketing Services

DALLAS - Service Roundtable announced that it is enhancing its contractor members’ direct marketing capabilities with the addition of Service Roundtable Print & Mail Services. Under the leadership of Vicki La Plant, these services offer contractors “a simple and seamless way to put direct marketing material into action.” Contractors select direct marketing material using an online order form and the service does the rest.

“We can customize marketing pieces for contractors, mail to their customer lists, provide a prospect list to fit a target demographic, or provide radius marketing,” said La Plant, president of Service Roundtable Print & Mail Services. “If a contractor knows exactly what he wants, we can fulfill it. If he’s unsure, we can help him design a campaign.”

“Twenty years ago Vicki La Plant all but introduced marketing to the HVAC industry,” said Matt Michel, Service Roundtable CEO. “Her team was one of the first to encourage contractors to mail consumer newsletters, to create demographic profiles of target customers, and to launch direct marketing campaigns to build a strong customer base and stay busy year round. The Service Roundtable is proud to be able to partner with Vicki and her company.”

“We’re excited to partner with the Service Roundtable,” said La Plant. “I’ve been a Consult & Coach Partner with the Service Roundtable, so I’m familiar with the extensive library of content and high quality discussion.”

The biggest winner, according to Michel, is the contractor.

“The Service Roundtable Print & Mail Services makes marketing painless,” he said. “Now, it’s easy for any contractor to conduct a customer acquisition, retention, or referral direct marketing program.”
