NEW YORK - Engenuity Systems announced its restructured Website at the 2008 AHR Expo. The Website was redesigned to be used as an industry resource, leveraging Engenuity’s data collection and industry work experience.

Features include application articles, white papers, data sheets, and live chat support on all the products Engenuity supports, including LonWorks®, BACnet, wireless, and other network control protocols.

A newly implemented knowledge base allows customers to search by title, problem description, keyword, or article ID. Downloading specs, white papers, data sheets, or skimming the FAQ’s are a few clicks or a search away to finding a relevant solution. Users will soon be able to create support tickets as well as search closed support tickets to find similar application solutions. Customers can save time by storing bill of materials to reorder or use as reference for future projects.

“We wanted to give our customers a one-stop resolution and research resource,” said Tracy Markie, president of Engenuity. “As a ‘neutral’ supplier of information we satisfy a niche that is difficult for other distributors to address. Our goal is to update the knowledgebase continuously, providing access to our customers on industry or technology intelligence that may affect their business.
