The annual event, held this year on Oct. 4-6 in Phoenix, brings together over 450 contractors and business owners from Clockwork’s various franchises to learn best practices for consistency in operations and performance and the systems and tools necessary to take each franchise to the next level of success.

Two members from the Midwest earned top honors.

The first award was presented to the franchisee for improvements made to its business in a 12-month period (Transformation Award). The award was given to Francis Pass of Pass One Hour Heating & Air, Herrin, Ill.
