Carrier Corp. has announced that Moore Heat & Air of Cabot, Ark., has been awarded the Carrier 2007 President’s Award, one of Carrier’s highest honors for its dealers. The annual award recognizes dealers that exemplify quality in customer service and are considered one of Carrier’s model Factory Authorized Dealers (FAD) when working with consumers.

Moore Heat & Air was one of 30 dealers chosen from a field of nationwide Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers.

“Customer care is a vital aspect in any business. Carrier rewards dealers who are committed to providing excellent customer service and are dedicated to the Carrier brand. Moore Heat & Air goes above and beyond the call of duty in the industry with a dependable, consumer-focused work ethic,” the company said.

In line with Carrier’s brand strategy, the selection criteria for 2007 focused on leadership, management, customer satisfaction, brand recognition, industry expertise, and operational excellence in all areas critical to exceeding the quality, comfort, and performance expectations of Carrier customers.

“This year, our President’s Award winners have demonstrated impressive abilities at achieving and maintaining customer satisfaction while delivering exceptional customer value and successfully positioning the Carrier brand in their respective markets,” said Karie Johnson, manager, Programs and Promotions, Carrier Residential North America. “We wanted to acknowledge and recognize these top-performing dealerships because each of them differentiated themselves by combining sound business practices with unique marketing strategies while being Carrier brand ambassadors.”
