OBJECTIVE:Create a 100 percent geothermal housing subdivision.

DESCRIPTION:Bee Creek Development, Ossian, Ind.; Collier’s Heating & Air Conditioning, Ossian, Ind.; and WaterFurnace International Inc., Fort Wayne, Ind., will be working together to create The Bridges, a 100 percent geothermal housing subdivision. The development is a 170-lot subdivision; phase one consists of 49 lots. Collier’s will install geothermal heating and cooling for all residences in the subdivision. “We are excited to be a part of this project, and we hope it demonstrates our company’s dedication to providing homeowners with superior craftsmanship and premium WaterFurnace products,” said Todd Zeplin, co-owner of Collier’s. The standard models will contain WaterFurnace’s Versatec product, with the opportunity to upgrade to the Envision product line. Each will be completed with a closed loop horizontal system or with a pond loop, depending on subdivision placement.
