Luvata’s (Buffalo, N.Y.) Warren Bartel, senior vice-president and senior advisor to the company, was named chairman of the U.S. Copper and Brass Fabricators Council.

Arzel Zoning Technology Inc. (Cleveland) promoted Joseph Ramunni Jr. to the position of vice president of technical services.

Uponor North America (Apple Valley, Minn.) hired Jeffrey R. Davis as vice president of sales and as a member of the senior management committee. It also hired Mary Beth Manninen as training manager.
