INDIANAPOLIS - Carrier Corp. has launched its first issue ofExpert Insight, a quarterly publication for Carrier dealers and distributors. The magazine features product updates, dealer features, business best practices, and events in the HVAC industry.

According to the company, Expert Insight is an educational and informative resource for Carrier dealers and distributors that offers ideas to help business, as well as articles on trends, products, and technologies shaping the HVAC industry, together with sound business advice from HVAC experts.

"Carrier dealers are recognized as the experts in the home heating and cooling business and we want to support our dealer network with the most relevant and cutting-edge practices to help them achieve success," said Rick Sanfrey, president of Carrier Residential Systems. The first issue features home indoor air quality issues as well as the Carrier products and systems that can help address them. Other articles include a feature on Hybrid Heatâ„¢, Carrier's new dual fuel energy efficient heating system, tips for selling in the 13 SEER market, and sparking homeowners' interest in Carrier home standby generators. Every issue will include interviews with dealers who share their business tips. In this issue, Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer John Hightower of Hightower Service Inc. takes the spotlight. The article, "Keep Them Coming Back," highlights his expert advice on how to make customer retention efforts easy.
