TULSA, OK — DigitalEPC.com, a Tulsa-based Internet company, has launched an online exchange dedicated to providing contractors and facility owners a place to buy and sell surplus building materials and equipment.

The website, www.digitalEPC.com, was developed by engineer and builder Beverly Anderson. For buyers, the website is an easy way to get needed equipment and materials to jobsites. To sellers, the online exchange provides a potentially global audience with a low cost of sales, according to DigitalEPC.com.

The website also offers a variety of onsite services such as quantity surveys to measure and catalog a seller’s surplus materials; condition reporting so sellers can post an in-depth condition report of the materials; appraisal services; and logistics services ranging from packaging and transportation to insurance and financing services.
